Today's Recipe is Gluten Free Gingerbread Cookies
Ingredients:
1 3/4 cup gluten free flour
1 1/2 tsp xanthum gum
1/2 tsp Cream of Tarter
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp ginger
1/8 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup cold butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cold egg (like you would have a warm egg LOL)
1/2 cup Molasses
Combine dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix well
Cut in butter
Combine sugar, egg and molasses in a smaller bowl and beat until well mixed and add to dry ingredients and butter mixture.
Bake 12 min at 350 degrees
